Four trades define it: Engineering & Research with XALPES, Industry & Trading with White Label Factory, Financial Services & Technology with Bease, Health & Protection with the AID division.
The holding sets the strategy, decides on investments, owns the brands and the intellectual property. The companies keep their operational autonomy and their own identity. This division of roles is the condition of controlled, lasting growth.

From the workshops of Europe to the offices of Austin, he has founded, led and grown companies that all bear the same signature: products conceived to serve, protected to last, made to keep their promise. Groupe ELAR is the name he has given to this work. In forming it, he did not merely bring companies together: he gave them a common frame, a direction and a horizon, that of a worldwide group, true to its trades and answerable for its footprint.
At the head of ELAR Heritage LLC, he sets its strategy, keeps its intellectual heritage and sees to it, for each company of the Group, that the standard of the beginning remains the standard of tomorrow.
Organisation
One holding, four trades.
ELAR Heritage LLC directly owns its three lead companies and its AID division. The Bease line is itself organised as a group, with subsidiaries in the United States and the United Kingdom.
